Game of thrones season 7. Winter is here!!!!!!!

Season 7 of game of thrones is finally coming to life. I have been waiting. The wait was surely really long but exciting. I can’t wait to see what this season has in store. The blood shed. The mystery unravelling. Who will die. Who will stand tall. The white walkers. Oh my goodness. I’m so pumped up. 

I started watching game of thrones after season 1-6 already had been aired on tv. So I had all the full season to watch without having to wait for episodes to episodes. I was so addicted that I watched it all in 3 days. You can’t believe how long each episode is in each season. But,  me being a very impatient person. I sat in my room for 3 days. Day and night I just watched. Glued and stuck to the storyline. I only got up to pee and poop. I had my food. Water. Everything in my room lol. It was such amazing days. 

Game of thone is an addiction. The characters that it has. The story line. The big personalities.  The buid up. The suspense. The fighting. The swords. Betrayal. Murder. It’s just the best ever series after friends. Though friends is legendary to me but game of thrones is different and getting to legendary or already is. 

When people tell me they haven’t watched got series I just got nuts and wonder why? Because they are seriously missing out on one of the historical tv series ever. 

I know for sure that season 7 is going have so many answers. But,  I fear there would be more suspense. I can’t contain myself. I can’t wait to see the characters grow and fufill their potential. Sadly I have college. I won’t be able to go a full marathon on this season. But I’m sure going to start watching it. The wait was really like it’s been decades already.

Are you a got fan.? If you are. I know you are giggling and having butterflies already lol.

Is Jon snow going to sit on the throne? Who is dying this season? Is sansa going to betray her brother? The starks are definitely going to go big this time. I hope so. I’m excited!!!!!!

In the face of the seven, I declare the wait is finally over. Over!!! !!!

  2. I kept seeing “Winter is here” on Facebook and had no idea what the heck that meant lol! Now I know. Sorry to say, I don’t watch game of thrones. I tried to get into it but I just can’t. But from the sounds of it, it’s a really good show!! Guess I’ll never know 😕 Anyways thanks for sharing your enthusiasm as I’m sure many of your followers might be huge fans 🙂

    1. Awww. It’s okay though. But why can’t you get into it though? Is it the brutal death scenes?. It’s an historical show and it gets you addicted. Once you get the storyline. It takes you on this journey. Just like you get attached to characters this one sure surprises you with the uncertainty of the characters. I get scared to get attached to any of the characters now lol. But I respect your choices though. 😚 thanks for comments. Hope to see more of you. 😊

    1. Yes. It is worth it. It has suspense. Betrayal. Continuous story line that takes you by surprise. Nothing is expected in game of thrones. Something I like about it. The characters have so much to them. I don’t want to give much. But, I feel like everyone should give game of thrones a try. Maybe, you might get addicted or you might run away. But, check it out. Starting From season 1. Follow it attentively. It could be your thing.

      2. Yes the season 1-6 has lots of sex in it. Which is very exposing and not at all apologetic lol. So much of nakedness that you get use to it later on. But the storyline blends in with the sex scenes. It makes sex or nude scenes belong there. Like it’s not just for exposure but it adds to the storyline. But the sex part is far away from the actual purpose of the series. It doesn’t over shadow it at all because it has lots of personalities. Unique and strong characters. Don’t forget the murder scenes are brutal. Blood will be a custom and belief. It’s funny that got series has so much of killings and murder, rape etc everything that I’m against but in some way they have succeeded to allign all that with the storyline so you can’t say that it encourages the viewer to kill, murder or rape because it’s not at all thought provoking but actually helps the viewer develop an attachment to the story rather than be bothered about how to carry such in the real world. I might not make much sense but I hope you understood some bits of what I was trying to say lol. Now I feel the producers need to pay me for advertising lol. 😅😅😅😅😅

        Have you read the books? I’ve collected them all, but haven’t read any of them yet either. I need to get in with it. I haven’t even watched a trailer!

      4. Omg. I hvnt read the books. I’m more visual. I do read books but I love to watch than read. But some people say that the book has not been properly represented through the tv series. But that’s what all movie remake of books become. They cut out so many parts of the book and edit it.

      5. I have to tell you that I prefer books. In a book, you are interpreting the words and projecting the world and so you are playing an active part. Watching a movie is much more passive – someone has already represented the words for you into pictures, and you just have to sit there and absorb them. Each to his own – right?
        ‘I wonder how graphic the sex is in the books,’ he said casually. 🙂

  5. I am super pumped, waiting for this was pure torture! Watching reruns of Game of Thrones just to feed my addiction was getting ridiculous. I’m very excited, I recorded the first episode so I’ll watch it tonight and I can’t wait to see what transpires!! Cersi, Jon Snow, Danarius, the whole nine. I still have my hopes on who takes over the throne but I guess I gotta wait, but my popcorn is ready!!!

    1. I know right!!!!! I watched the first episode already and damn it’s getting crazier. But I think I’m going to not watch it till all the episodes of season 7 is out. Because I prefer to watch it as a one full episode marathon. I hate to have to wait for the next episode again. It makes me so disconnected and anxiety gets real. So I m going to do the same thing I did with season 6-7 and just wait till its all aired on tv so I can just watch it back to back lol. I think I know who would be sitting in the throne atleast an idea but nothing is fixed with got. We just gotta see what happens. But I believe all the characters that have been taking a back seat will come out with their main purpose and surprise us. Episode 1 of season 7 is already bringing to light two character’s purpose in the quest for the throne. Don’t want any spoilers so I’m going to let you watch and figure which characters they are lol.

      1. Oh you are stronger than I am, I can’t wait like that. I watch each show weekly, the anticipation rides me to the next show so I never get disconnected and if I do, I watch reruns to get my fix😁!! I have an idea whose gonna sit on the throne also but you can never tell. Watch previews and getting a glimpse, I’ll get an idea after the first show how things will play out. I believe a lot of characters will start showing their cards as the show progresses because I think it’s go time for a lot of them. I know a couple of things that are supposed to happen, so I won’t spoil that for you. But it should be an interesting Winter!!😁

PS thanks for following my blog, I’ve been out of writing action for ages and made my come back with a self indulgent wallow in self pity – ewwww! Better stuff to come when my mojo returns 😂

  8. Hi Grace. I am not gunna read through all these comments because I don’t want any spoilers! I absolutely love love LOVE game of thrones!!! So excited to see this whole new season! But – my Jorawar (my bf) has not seen it so we are watching the entire GOT series from the very beginning! I am loving showing it to him because I find it amazing! However, it does mean I have to go through the whole lot before I get to this last season! So the tension and excitement will build so much! I am beside myself with anticipation 😀

    1. Wowwwww. I wish I were in your shoes. I wanna hv someone to watch the whole seasons again lol. I’m sure you both are gonna hv fun watching it together. All the crazy scenes haha😉 I get tired waiting for episodes to come out though I can’t control my excitement. But I’m gonna let season 7 get over and then watch it all at once lol. 😆😆😆😆😆

  11. I am on to the fifth book. I won’t be watching the series till I am done with the books. And the books are awesome.. way more awesome than the first few episodes I watched. 🙂

    1. Ha yeah. I finished watching season 7 episode 6. It was kinda ok. But I hate something new that happened. I wanna know if you watched it before telling you so you don’t kill me for giving spoilers haha

    1. I would hate them if they made it musical. I would kill them. And I kindoff feel disconnected now. Season 7 was very rushed. No build up. I mean they could have just made it longer. 😑😑😑😑😑 but it was good though. Now I have to wait for another year again.
